Yiannis V. Vardinoyannis, Chairman of the BoD. 
Born in 1962, he studied Economics at Vassar College. He is Executive Vice-Chairman of Motor Oil Hellas Board of Directors.

Panagiotis A. Charitopoulos, General Manager. 
Born in 1964. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire (UK) and an MSc from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST-UK). He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece. He joined the Shell Group in 1991 and has held a number of positions both in Greece and abroad. He is currently General Manager at Coral Gas S.A.

Ioannis E. Kalogirou, Member

He was born in 1965 and holds a BSc in Business and a MBA in Marketing from the University of New Haven (USA). He joined Motor Oil in June 2022, bringing 30 years of senior management experience in leading international companies. He has a deep understanding of brands and consumers, and extensive knowledge of many markets across the world.

Loukas G. Tripelopoulos, Member

 He was born in 1974. He is a graduate of the Athens University of Economics and Business (formerly Athens Graduate School of Economics and Business Sciences), holds an MSc from the University of Stirling (Stirling, Scotland) and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He has 25 years of working experience in Greece and abroad in the refining and upstream sectors. He has been working at the MOTOR OIL Group since December 1999.

Ioannis Ν. Kosmadakis, Member. 
Born in 1952, he is a Chemical Engineering graduate of the National Technical University of Athens. He is Deputy Managing Director and General Manager of Marketing at Motor Oil Hellas.

Petros T. Tzannetakis, Member. 
Born in 1955. He studied Economics at the University of Surrey (UK) and holds a Master’s Degree in European Union Economics from the University of Sussex (UK). He is Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at Motor Oil Hellas, while also serving as Financial Advisor to the Vardinoyannis Group of Companies.

Theofanis C. Voutsaras

Born in 1963. He is a Boston College (USA) graduate and holder of a MSc in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from London School of Economics (UK). He has a 30year experience at managerial posts in various sectors (banking, constructions, Professional Football Club). He has been working for MOTOR OIL since 2010.
