One of Coral Gas’ overriding priorities is the ongoing improvement of its performance in relation to Health and Safety. The nature of our business operations, which involve distribution, storage and marketing of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), makes Health and Safety a matter of major importance. The commitment of all our staff to this priority is absolute and ongoing and applies to our entire range of activities. 

As Coral Gas’ standing goal is “Zero Accidents” and maintaining the best possible health conditions in all work areas, it has adopted a Health and Safety Management System certified to the OHSAS 18001:2007 standard for all its facilities. This certificate applies to procedures related to receipt, storage, distribution, LPG bottling and gas cylinder production.

Environment

Respect and concern for the environment has been one of Coral Gas’ key principles since the day it was founded. By applying best available techniques and systematically keeping up with environmental technologies in our sector, we make every effort to limit the impact of our activity on the environment.

As part of these efforts, Coral Gas has developed an Environmental Management System for all of its facilities that is certified to the ISO 14001:2015 standard. This allows us to meet our goal of minimising our environmental impact. This certificate applies to procedures related to receipt, storage, distribution, LPG bottling and gas cylinder production.

Quality

Coral Gas aims to provide reliable products and services that best meet the needs and requirements of its customers while highlighting the highest quality standards. To that end, Coral Gas has secured certification for the quality procedures applied throughout its activities, from its facilities to transport to the final customer, in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

 

Certification to the ISO 9001:2008 standard is valid to September 2018, when Coral Gas is expected to transition to the new ISO 9001:2015 standard.
